28GBd Differential EA-DFB Laser Diode Chip-on-Carriers

The BYT0213x series is a 1.3um band Electro-absorption Modulated Distributed Feed-Back Laser(EML) in differential configuration to provide potential cost, power consumption and performancebenefits. The product is in Chip-on-Carrier format for 28GBd NRZ or PAM4 (56Gb/s) applications,and also allows EA Modulator to operate under driverless mode.
